Gamla Väster is without a doubt the most charming and best preserved area in Malmoe. The neighbourhood has a long and multifaceted history witch involves hidden treasures, houses of sinfulness and a Colonel in the Persian army.

During the seventies planes where made to demolish the old buildings in Gamla Väster but when the culture workers started to move to the area the neighbourhood changed and started to become what it is today.
